We confirm receipt first; once the inputs are complete, the report is usually delivered by email within two business days.
No customer yet: keep the draft saved and do not send it. The customer email is needed only at step 3. Use the real address supplied by the customer; never send a live invoice to a test address.
Keep the order number, customer email, quote version, send time, payment status and delivery status for every invoice.
